The hall of this spacious apartment is suitable for storing shoes, bicycles, barbecue, etc. In the spacious living room (48 m2) you will find chairs, tables, 8 armchairs, an original stove (with wood), a large television and a DVD / CD player. This room adjoins the open kitchen, which is equipped with a counter with 4 sinks and a 6-burner restaurant-grade stove with an oven which is large enough for 3 chickens. Next, there is a large fridge with a separate freezer area, a bread baking machine and a coffeemaker. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each for 2 persons. A cot is available. The two bathrooms each have 2 showers and a toilet. A hair dryer is available. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, three bedrooms for 2 persons and one bedroom for 3 persons. There are 2 toilets and 2 sinks. Finally there is a boiler room. From January 2012 you can use an infrared sauna for 2 persons
The lush green, slightly hilly environment at the house, overlooking the mountains, is particularly suitable for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The routes are signposted or described in the guest book. Lake Lipno, with a length of 45 km, is the largest lake in the Czech Republic. At a distance of 2 or 3 km, there is a beach and a playground. At and around the lake there are many activities such as fishing (fishing boats can be rented at a distance of 3 km), swimming, [catamaran] sailing, surfing and canoeing. All accessories, including bicycles, can be found within a radius of 2 to 7 km. There is the Šumava nature area which borders Germany, and the town of Cesky Krumlov (23 km) is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list. There are antique shops, galleries, Bohemian crystal, terraces on the water and a castle. The Vlatva River flows through the city, so boat rides are also possible. It is ideal also for whitewater rides.

Pets are welcome, but only by prior arrangement.
The costs for the final cleaning is CZK 1250, - (€ 50, -).
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200, - has to be paid.
Electricity Consumption is charged with € 0.25 per kWh.
Gas consumption (propane) for the central heating and gas is charged with € 3.00 per m3 (1 m3 = about 4 liters of liquid).
Costs for wood for the stoves and / or campfire of € 30.00 per week.
The tourist tax is € 0,30 p / p per day.
All the above mentioned costs must be paid on the spot to the owner.
