This apartment is part of a luxurious residence located in Fethiye, on the southern Mediterranean coast of Turkey. 5-star service paired with a warm, homey atmosphere, the complex has a total area of 600 m2 and is equipped with beautiful apartments, four outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna, mini-golf (golf sets available for rent) and tennis.

Fethiye is well-connected to all the other cities of Turkey by three highways. The Dalaman International Airport is just 50 km away. During the tourist season there are many European flights in addition to domestic Turkish Airlines flights throughout the year. Another airport is Antalya, a three hours drive from Fethiye.

The Mediterranean climate, with its hot, dry summers and warm, wet winters, is a big attraction of the region. Temperatures around 30° C in summer are very common, and in winter the temperature usually does not drop below 12° C. Seawater temperature is rarely below 17° C throughout the year.

Fethiye has very fertile soil, so agriculture is a very important undertaking. In other resorts work stops at the end of the season, whereas Fethiye is a lively resort 12 months per year.

This spacious apartment has a stylish living room with sturdy furniture, a satellite TV, safe and a well-equipped kitchenette which contains a fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Of the three bedrooms, two are furnished with double beds, the third has a 2-person sofa bed. There is also a baby bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, hairdryer and toilet.

You also have a furnished balcony / terrace with views of the pool or beautiful pine forest. The telephones in the rooms all have a direct line. All floors are covered with tiles. The apartment has air-conditioning and fire alarms everywhere.

The port of Fethiye, with its natural design, provides shelter for yachts. For sailors, it is an important anchorage. Across the bay there will soon be a new modern marina with all the facilities which will be able to accommodate a large number of yachts.

Saklikent (Hidden City) - This "Hidden City" is located 50 km outside the center of the region, in the vicinity of the village of Kayadibi. It is situated in a wonderful long ravine, 18 km in length, with an altitude of 600 meters. It is a unique tourist destination with numerous opportunities for climbing, hiking and swimming. For lovers of nature, steep mountains, plane trees and exuberant flowers, it is a virtual paradise.

OLUDENIZ - Ölüdeniz Lagoon and Belcekiz Beach are known worldwide as “The Blue Paradise”. Colourful holiday complexes with lush gardens, campsites and hotels offer plenty of accommodation for a large number of tourists. The World Heritage "Babadağ" surrounds the area with its exuberant vegetation. After a half hours drive to the top of Babadağ you can paraglide down (solo or tandem) and then land softly on Belcekiz Beach. Babadağ / Belcekız is increasingly becoming a major center for paragliders.

OVACIK VILLAGE - The Ovacik resort is situated 4 km from Ölüdeniz on the road to Fethiye. The cool breeze and the views of the beautiful mountains and forests make it a popular destination.

HISARONU VILLAGE - Hisaronu Resort is located next to the Ovacik Resort. Hotels, restaurants, bars, shopping and other activities provide plenty of entertainment for tourists. Regular buses (dolmus) go from Hisaronu and Ovacik to the center of Fethiye (20 minutes) and Ölüdeniz (5 minutes).
