This cozy five-bedroom accommodation with sea view is suitable for up to 10 persons and has an area of 180 m². The bedrooms are furnished with a total of one double bed and 8 single beds. The accommodation has a bathroom with a bathtub and two bathrooms with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker. Furthermore, this accommodation offers a garden, garden furniture, terrace, private swimming pool, garage in the same building (2 places), TV and Internet connection (for a fee). A baby bed can be rented.

IMPORTANT: After making the booking please send us the following details: complete name, passport or ID number and birth date of all the tenants.
1.) The lease amount is indicated in the specific conditions of the booking confirmation or contract, which gives the amount of the lease, the administration costs plus all the extras the client has contracted for. 2.) Upon the handing over of the keys, the guest will sign the rental contract for the agreed upon period. 3.) The rental period is specified in the conditions of the contract. The delivery of the keys will take place between 4:00 and 8:00 pm on the first day of the rental period. In the event the guest is totally unable to arrive on schedule, there will be a fee of € 30.00 charged. In addition, the guest must notify the Landlord regarding their estimated time of arrival so that the staff can arrange for the delivery of the keys. In any other case, the owner is free from any obligation, and the tenant will lose the payment made at the time of booking confirmation. Departure will be on the appointed day, by 10:00 am. Guests must inform the owner 24 hours in advance of their exact departure time, and are responsible for returning the keys to the landlord's office. The accommodation must be left as it was found. 4.) At the handing over of the keys, the tenant will sign a document authorizing debit by credit card in favor of the owner for the amount specified as a deposit. The tenant agrees that at the end of the contract he will hand over the accommodation and its furniture and appliances in the same condition as he/she found them, being responsible for any and all damage caused during the tenancy as a result of misuse, including that caused by pets. Costs for cleaning and/or repair or correction of any damage will be deducted from the deposit. 5.) The contract issuance expenses are included in the supplement entitled Service Costs or Administrative Expenses. The amount per week is equal to € 42.00. 6.) The fees with respect to energy consumption are included in the total price unless otherwise specified, which shall be communicated personally to the guest. In case of accommodations with gas cylinder supplies, when these are empty the guest must notify and then carry the gas cylinder, during open hours, to the owner's facilities where he will be given another one. 7.) The accommodations are integrated into a neighborhood community and are governed by an interior regulation regime and / or statutes of the community. Regarding community facilities such as the swimming pools, tennis courts, etc - these are not open throughout the year. Open and closing dates are dependent on weather, demand, hygiene and other factors. Therefore, the owner is not responsible for the closure of facilities within a community complex by factors alian to the management of the rental brokerage. Likewise guests will be responsible for their own safety when using the aforementioned facilities. 8.) The owner may automatically terminate the contract in the following cases: A.) Excessive number of occupants in the accommodation, for which the owner may demand the name and identity of each occupant at any time. B.) The assignment or subletting of all or part of what is the subject of this contract. C.) Changing the arrangement of the furniture in the accommodation. D.) The performance of any activity that is in contradiction with local regulations and standards of coexistence, hygiene and regular public order, or activities that could prevent the normal rest of other users of the building, complex or urbanization 9.) The owner is not responsible in the following cases: A.) Theft, loss or damage that may occur during the guest's stay in the rented accommodation. B.) Outages of large companies such as electricity, water and gas. C.) Breakage of appliances or other devices which form part of the accommodation will be reported to the owner who will inform the Technical Service within 24 hours. The lack of assistance from this service shall not constitute grounds for compensation by the owner. D.) Works performed by local councils or other companies outside of the owner, made in the vicinity or in the same buildings, which may affect the normal enjoyment of the guest's stay. 10.) If an accommodation hired by the guest can not be delivered, the owner will undertake to provide an alternative accommodation of similar or higher category. If this does not fulfill the client's expectations, the owner will refund the delivered rental sum.
