| Calendar: This villa is situated in the little village of Peroj. Peroj is a small fishing village surrounded by orchards and vineyards on the west coast of Istria, at the beautiful Adriatic Sea. It lies 5 km away from Fazana. Peroj is an interesting archaeological site of the Roman period. The Brijuni National Park, which consists of 13 smaller and 2 bigger islands, is within arm’s reach. The old Amphitheatre of Pula is absolutely worth a visit. Villa Andi sits just a hundred meters off the village's main street but still offers peaceful surroundings. Moreoever, the accommodation is only 600 m away from a beautiful shingle (pebble) beach. The sea is superbly clean thanks to its proximity to the Brijuni National Park water reservoir. Interior: This accommodation, built in 2004, has a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. The house was constructed by the owner himself using stones from Istria. The villa is divided into several apartments. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. The total (living) space is 50 m2. It is a very comfortable apartment with a spacious terrace, fully enclosed by a green garden of app. 200 m2. The apartment consists of 2 rooms, one of which is the bedroom, the other is the living room. The apartment has an 'American kitchen' including fridge, electric kettle, electric oven with hood, furniture and utensils for the above mentioned number of guests. The bedroom comes with a double bed. In the living room you will find a sofa bed. The apartment also has a washing machine, a TV-set with cable/satellite, a garage, a shower, a bidet, a baby bed, a backyard, an iron and ironing board, and a heating appliance. In the garden there is sufficient furniture and a barbecue. Surroundings: This apartment enjoys a splendid location on the Adriatic coast. There are a variety of destinations for day trips in the nearby vicinity. The beach is only 600 m away and the beautiful town of Fazana lies 2.5 km further. In the village center, just a hundred meters from the apartment, you will find attractive little restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop. The neighborhood is perfect for riding a mountain bike, cycling, windsurfing, deep-sea diving, angling or playing tennis. A visit to the Brijuni National Park is a must. So is the historical town of Pula with its antiquities, such as the old amphitheatre and Cape Kamenjak with its unspoilt nature.
