Interior

It is a 1-storey house of 220 m2 and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends. One room has a bunk bed, while the others have a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).
This cozy and comfortable villa allows you to feel at home. Sit down and chill out on the sofa in the living room to enjoy a good book, watch satellite TV in German, English or Spanish, listening to music, surf the Internet or have a little siesta. The dining room area has a big rustic table where you will be able to enjoy summer meals with friends and family. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your vacation: toaster, coffee machine, orange juice extractor, kettle, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space outside the house to park 6 cars.

The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 200 m2 terrace is furnished and it has a chill out area. The house has a 10 x 4.50 meter private pool and a lawn area of 250 m2. Just enjoy the Mediterranean sun or have fun with your children on the big garden.

Surroundings

The area of Santa Margalida is right in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get to anywhere with a short drive. The area is basically rural and settled by local people, which means that tourism is not the main activity of the area, so you will be able to discover the authentic Mallorca. In Santa Margalida you will be able to find everything you may need during your holiday: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. A short drive will take you to Manacor, home town of Rafa Nadal, famous for its pearl factory!
