Situated in the preserved Hautes-Alpes department, it has one the largest ski area in the Southern Alps: La Forêt Blanche. La Forêt Blanche ski area, which connects Risoul and Vars ski areas, spreads over 185 km of marked and secured slopes.
83% of the slopes are above 2000m, the snow coverage is guaranteed all the season.
Built in 2007 in accordance with the local architecture, wooden and surrounded by larch trees, the residence is situated in a quiet environment, close to the resort centre and at the foot of hiking trails. The 57 apartments spread over 7 floors are functional, with balconies, well equipped, from 2 to 7 people. The residence also has an elevator.

Surroundings
Risoul is much more than a ski resort among others. The slopes cross over a huge forest with 900 000 larch trees. Those trees are preserved since the ski resort building in 1972. There are unique points of view over the surrounding mountains. The ski resort has strong history and traditions with its 17 hamlets, the oldest one dates from the Gaul’s time.
