Encircling the 10m x 5m chlorine pool, ranging in depth from 0.8m to 2.2m, are 10 sun loungers and an enchanting green area with picturesque views of the farmlands. Children can revel in running and playing while exploring the pond. For the convenience of the entire family, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower. Interior

The two-story house features a total of 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and a spacious dining table for more than 10 guests awaits. The independent kitchen, equipped with a smaller dining table, a vitro hob, and direct access to the porch, facilitates the easy serving of delectable dishes to the outdoor dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub for shared use are also located on the ground floor. The staircase leads to a second cozy living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, where three additional bedrooms are situated: two with twin beds each and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a communal toilet on this floor. Upon request, up to two baby beds and highchairs, as well as five fans, can be provided. The entire house is equipped with central heating for colder days.

For a livelier atmosphere, Cala Millor is nearby. The Son Pula golf course is 11 km away. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
