The first historical record of this estate is dated back to the 19th Century. It has been carefully reformed and features a 10m x 4m chlorine shared pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Kids will enjoy the childrens' pool (depth: 0.45m). Both pools as well as the terraces, loungers, parasols, the exterior shower and the barbecue are shared with de neighbors. The finca sets in a plot of 32000m2 which is fenced. The estate features several units for two or four people and Rafal Cestador is one of the smallest as it can accommodate two people. It is on the first floor and counts with a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers to get a soft tan. The kitchen, sitting and dining area are distributed over 22m2. Enjoy a cup of tea next to the fireplace or a lazy afternoon watching films (SAT-TV). The kitchenette is equipped in a very basic way, featuring a gas stove, mixer, toaster and a few utensils for preparing breakfasts. The twin bedroom counts with a closet and has lovely wooden beams which are typical for Majorca. A shower bathroom is available. If you come with your baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair. The estate is set in the North-East of the island, 15 km from Son Serra de Marina Natural Beach. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful north coast and beaches like Colonia de Sant Pere, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Enjoy genuine island life in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Petra, try our tasty cuisine in one of the cellers or take a walk through the cobbled streets.
