After a long beach day, take a dip in this fantastic chlorine shared pool. It sizes 14 x 9 metres and its depth is between 1.4 and 1.95 metres. It includes a children pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and a 0.45 m depth.



Interior

Once in the apartment, you can enjoy the summer weather at the lovely furnished terrace which features an awning and clear city views. The 46 m2 apartment is on the 8th floor of a residential building and it counts with an elevator.. From the terrace, you get to the luminous and comfortable living-dining room where you can have a rest on the sofa while watching TV. By the sofa, you will find the dining area with a capacity for 4 people. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic hob and the basic utensils to cook during your vacation. The only bedroom is a twin bedroom and it has a wardrobe. Our guest will rest on the sofa bed.
A bathtub bathroom completes the flat. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. In addition, you will also find a washing machine an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment is located very near the fishing port of Gandía called Grau de Gandía and it is ideal to enjoy the whole year and revel in the Mediterranean weather. You can have a walk along our promenade, and sunbathe at the long sandy beach awarded with the blue flag and with the quality Q distinctive. You can also enjoy the freshly fished products of our coast to buy at the port.
