The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is really spectacular because of its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total. It is a three-storey house. On the ground floor, there is a wide living room with TV-SAT as well as both CD and DVD players. Immediately after, you have access to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic cooktop. Next to it, there is the laundry exit, where you will find two washing machines, two dryers, iron and ironing board. On this floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds apart from having two bathrooms with bathtub. A second living room is next to the stairs that reach you to the first floor. There are another three dormitories with double bed and en-suite bathroom, two with shower and one with bathtub. On the last floor, the accommodation features a gym, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with double bed and two single beds, and another one with two twin beds and a trundle bed. There are also two cots and two high chairs. The main living room, the dining room and 6 dormitories are equipped with air conditioning. The country house is located at only 4.7 km from Campos village where you will find all the necessary services such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. Every thursday there is a fresh fruits and vegetables market and on Saturdays there is a market with all sorts of products in the streets of the center. The nearest beach is Es Trenc, at 13.5 km, one of the best ones of Mallorca due to its white sand and crystal-clear waters. Your pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There are six outdoor parking places and two covered ones. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
