Welcome to this beautiful and cosy village with capacity for 6 - 8 people, a great peace of land and pool, located very near La Xara, a municipality belonging to Denia.
The exterior area of this house is fantastic! The large garden invites to relax in all possible ways. Go out to the terrace, prepare a delicious barbecue and swim in the chlorine pool, which sizes 10 x 5 metres and has a 2 metres depth. By the pool you will find a large lawn with 4 sun loungers to sunbathe in peace while the little ones play. The property presents 3 independent buildings. One of them, the one located in between, counts with the common areas and a great porch, perfect for family meals. At the building on the right side you will find the rooms, bathrooms and a second porch where you can sit and read a book or admire the sunset. The third building on the left side is inhabited so privacy is not total. Nevertheless, the garden, the pool and the porches are of the exclusive use for our guests. Just the laundry, located in an annexed room, is shared. Its access is in the front side of the barbecue area and there you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Inside the house, the air-conditioned living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax reading or chatting. The dining area, in the same room, has space for a table and chairs for all guests. Behind an arch you reach the kitchen, with all utensils to cook your favourite dishes, or just some of fast food, including a ceramic hob. There are three bedrooms all with an en-suite shower bathroom. Two of them present a double bed and the last one has two twin beds. Two of these bedrooms come with a sofa bed for the extra guests. All of them are provided with a wardrobe and exit to the garden. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The area of La Xara is a village near Denia, about 5 km away. All services can be accessed in a few minutes by car. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket can be found in La Xara, and the rest of services heading to Denia. Denia is the nearest village and it offers all kinds of activities for your stay like the beach, the sea, leisure, ... The nearest beach is just 5 km away, Les marines in Denia. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. In July and August changeover is on Saturday or Sunday.
