This is a bright and cosy apartment with AC in the beach of Les Marines, in Denia. It has 70 m2 and capacity for 6 people. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath tub and one with a shower. In the bright living-dining room you will be able to organize a meal with your family, relax on the chaise long sofa or watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, microwave, dishwasher, vitro, electric oven, fridge, cutlery and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two terraces. You can Access to the main terrace from the communal areas of the complex and from the living room; it is furnished with table and chairs so you can have breakfast enjoying the sunshine. From the kitchen, you can access to the second terrace, which is also furnished; it is perfect to have lunch, as it is protected from the sun at middays. In this fenced complex there are around 2500 m2 of lawn area where your kids will love to play and have fun while you swim in the pool or sunbathe. For those who prefer the sea, the beach of Leas Marines is only 350 meters away! It is a spacious and quiet beach ideal for the whole family. Nearby you will find many bars and restaurants, so you can spend the whole day at the beach with no worries. Nearby there are some places that are worth to visit: the rocky beaches of “las Rotas”, the marine reserve of Cabo San Antonio or the castle of Denia. You can find diving activities, trekking and cycling paths. Changeover day in July and August: only Saturday The Jacuzzi contains cold water which can't be heated. It is open from 1. June till 30. September.
