In the beautiful exteriors you will find a chlorine 7 x 4 m pool with a depth ranging from 1,2 to 2 meters, small garden equipped with table and chairs, also well equipped porch and a terrace overlooking the pool on the 1st floor with table and chairs. This house with an area of 160 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with double bed, and 2 on the 1st floor with double bed and air conditioning. There is availability for one crib and one highchair. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. In the cozy liing room you can find a sofa, 2 armchairs, table, TV, Air conditioning and a fireplace; the dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the independent kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board.
