Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in rooms. Private location, it is close to services and the lively promenade Palmasera Promenade as well as the central beach; It is also a great starting point to dive into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Goloritze for example, as well as for hiking or climbing into the wild.

Conditions of the landlord:
The rates indicated refer to a maximum occupancy of 7 people; possibility of adding 8th bed: 12 euros per day.
Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
Final cleaning: € 80.00. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied.
Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person.
Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week.
Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: 1.50 euros per person per day, for people over the age of 14, from mid-March to mid-October.
Security deposit: € 200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return the accommodation must be free of all waste, otherwise 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
Minimum stays: from 9 June to 15 September: 7 days; in all other periods: 5 days.
