Spectacular duplex for 12 people, located in Grao de Gandía, with shared heated pool and the beach only 500 away.
The beautiful views over the residential area and the mountains from the private terrace are just great. They are the perfect company to enjoy a cup of coffee while deciding the plan for the day. No doubt, your plan will be going to the beach or to the fantastic heated pool of the building with a measure of 10 x 5 metres and a 1 to 1.70 metres depth. In addition, the pool features an integrated jacuzzi heated up to 30ºC. The apartment, located on a third floor of a building with lift, features an excellent quality, and a spacious living room open to the dining area, where you can relax all together while watching a movie or a TV series after the delicious lunch. The kitchen is pure luxury, equipped with an induction top, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets and a table with chairs in case you prefer to have lunch there. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor we find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms. One of these has two twin beds and a closet, and the other has two bunk beds. Going upstairs, on the top floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with a double bed and exit to a beautiful terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite hydro massage bathtub bathroom, and another hydro massage shower bathroom completes this floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The whole accommodation features air-conditioning and central heating for the winter season.
