Located on the second floor of a new building with elevator, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom; complete the property a small terrace furnished with table and chairs and a reserved parking space very precious given the difficulty of parking, because close to the beach.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, iron, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows; in the immediate vicinity all the main services.
The Lido beach and the Lungomare promenade can easily be reached on foot as it is 500 meters from the beach.
For large groups, available in the same building a similar apartment can accommodate 4 more people.
Its width and length, the slow descent of its sandy bottom make the Lido beach the ideal holiday destination for families with children and from Trilo Agostino ... it's really a moment!

Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and crockery to leave in order and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00 am): an additional night will be charged. Animals are not allowed.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 0.50 per person per day, for people over the age of 12.
Security deposit: € 200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide for the separate collection of waste and its disposal in accordance with the collection table; the housing on its return must be free of all waste, otherwise 50% of the security deposit will be withheld.
