The exteriors are simple but magnificent since the private chlorine pool is surrounded by 4 sun loungers to sunbathe accompanied of incomparable mountain views and green fields. The pool size 10 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.3 to 1.8 m. A porch and a terrace invite you to enjoy delicious barbecues.

Interior

It is a four-storey house. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen-dining room equipped with a gas hob a dining table, and a shower bathroom as well. On the first floor, there is a wide living room where to watch TV-SAT, listen to music, or read, among others, next to the chimney in the colder months. There is also a bathroom with a shower and the laundry provides our guests with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the 2nd floor, there are three dormitories. The first one has a double bed, cot/high chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a sauna. After three steps, there is a bathroom with a bathtub too and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. All the dormitories have wardrobes and air-conditioning. There is gas central heating and a radiator.

Surroundings

The location is perfect if you are a lover of quiet urbanization. The Monterrey urbanization, belonging to Palma de Gandia, is located between this one and Real de Gandia, for which reason you will have all the possible options in terms of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets and visits to the historic center of both villages. The closest beach is Playa de Gandia at 11.4 km and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at 9.4 km.
