If you are looking for your haven in the countryside where you will disconnect from your daily life, this is the perfect villa! The exterior area invites to fully relax at the wonderful covered terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast all together, and swimming in the salt water private pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.8 metres. Later, you can bask in the sun on the 10 sunloungers on the lawn and enjoy a delicious BBQ at the upper terrace or at any of the the other terraces, admiring the starry sky.

Interior

The great hall leads to the living room with fireplace, ideal for a family chat. Next you find the glazed dining room which is equipped with AC and a wood stove and has an exit to the pool. It's open to the kitchen that features a rustic-industrial style that you'll notice in the gas cooktop, for example. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A shower bathroom and 3 bedrooms (with a closet two of them) complete this floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have twin beds, one of the lattest also with an en-suite with a bath (and without door). Upstairs you have the main living room -with TV-sat- and 3 more bedrooms, all with twin beds, AC and en-suite with shower. There is oil central heating, a baby cot and a high-chair.
