Modern and cheerful apartment in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 4 persons. The apartment is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 500 m from El Arenal beach.

The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers privacy, a lawned communal garden with trees and wonderful views of the pool and the garden. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop and places to go out make this a fine apartment to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends and even your pets.

 

Deposit:
a refundable deposit will be required at the time of arrival, depending on the amount established for each accommodation, by means of a charge on a bank card. The deposit will be returned within 8 days after the end of the stay period. In the event of damage and/or loss to the leased property, and/or in the event of the Tenant's fault, the total amount of the damage will be subtracted from the deposit.

Cleaning costs:
If cleaning is not included, the costs will be stated and will be specified together with the rental price on the booking form.

Bed linen and towels:
Bed linen and towels are usually not included in the rental price. In some cases, you may be required after each week of your stay to exchange the bed linen and towels at the key holder’s reception desk.

Extra facilities:
In many cases you can request an extra bed, child's bed, high chair, playpen and similar, provided that you state such needs at the time of booking.

Pets:
Most property owners do not allow pets. You may keep a pet in or around the villa only with the explicit permission of the Accommodation provider stated on the booking confirmation. The Accommodation provider may require extra mandatory final cleaning costs.
