This renovated apartment is the perfect base for a great holiday. It has a cosy living-dining room. There is a separate kitchen, equipped with all mod-cons, such as a dishwasher. There is 1 bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sun on a summer's evening. Pets are welcome. The complex is just a few minutes’ walk away from Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. You can go out for a meal or enjoy a night on the town in the many restaurants and bistros, nightclubs and apres-ski bars. There is a bus stop just outside, where you can catch one of the main lines.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
