Via the private staircase you enter the hall of the apartment. The pet-free apartment has a stylishly furnished living room and modern open kitchen. The cozy sitting area is equipped with a Smart TV with foreign channels. Next to the sitting area are the patio doors to the beautiful balcony. The balcony offers space for 4 people to eat and drink. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, combination microwave, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster.

There is a luxurious bathroom with shower and sink. Both rooms, like the living room, are equipped with a Smart TV. One bedroom has a double box spring, in the other room there are two separate box springs, these can be placed against or separately from each other. There is also a cot and high chair available. The holiday home has a parking space available in a covered, guarded parking garage.
