This beautiful house is located in Font de Sa Cala (Capdepera). It consists of two independent apartments with a capacity for 12 guests in total.

This will be the perfect accommodation for two families who want to spend their vacations together while maintaining their independence at the same time, as it consists of two apartments: one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.
Both apartments share the main exteriors, where you will find the 8x8m chlorine pool, with a depth between 1.4m and 2m, the barbecue, and a porch with sofas and a large table where you can have a drink or a meal with your companions. In addition, both apartments offer furnished terraces where you can enjoy outdoor dining.

Interior

Inside the two-storey house, recently renovated, are the two apartments. Both have a nice living-dining room with AC and TV sets (one of them also has a fireplace). The kitchens are of vitroceramic, independent, and equipped with everything necessary to cook comfortably. In both houses, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, in each apartment there are 3 bedrooms, all with fans. One has a double bed, while the rest have 2 single beds each. There are two bathrooms with showers on each floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.

This property is located in Font de Sa Cala, a small urbanization halfway between Capdera and Cala Rajada, a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca that offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. At only 500 meters from the house is located the magical Caló des Carregador, ideal for enjoying the purest Mediterranean. There are also other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area enjoys great nightlife and you can visit nearby places of interest such as the caves of Artà or the Castle of Capdepera.
