The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible via a staircase. In the living room, next to the flat screen television, there is a cozy sitting area with a two-seater sofa and one separate armchair. The dining area between the kitchen and sitting area offers plenty of space to eat, have a drink or play a game. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer), kettle, toaster and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by two stylish French doors and equipped with a double bed (160x200cm). In addition, there is a second bedroom on the loft with two separate single beds (80x210cm), which can also be placed against each other. All rooms have blackout window coverings. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron in the separate storage room on the loft.

The modern bathroom is accessible from the living room/kitchen and is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer.
