This beautiful apartment with a shared pool and very close to the sea in Calahonda can accommodate 4+2 people.
The exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the southern climate. In the well-kept communal gardens, you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15x8m and a depth range between 0.9 and 2m. There is also a children's pool for the little ones. Around the pool, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing. Please note that being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Interior

The interior of the apartment, tastefully decorated, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, with AC and Smart TV, is perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Up to two people can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the apartment. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.
