This accommodation is located very close to the town of Las Lagunas, a very popular residential area with a wide variety of services and a wide range of leisure and entertainment.

Take a stroll through the historic centre while visiting the Plaza de la Constitución, enjoy a day of shopping or stop off at a good restaurant and taste the delicious typical dishes of Andalusian cuisine. If you feel like spending a day in the sun and sea, just a 10-minute drive will take you to Los Boliches beach, considered one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. This large golden sandy beach with crystal clear waters is ideal for a day out with family or friends, as it offers a pleasant and safe environment, with plenty of entertainment options for all ages. It is also very close to the centre of Fuengirola, so it is easy to access and enjoy all the tourist attractions of the town.






Interior

The interior of the two-storey house, decorated in a very cosy style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a wonderful living-dining room with Smart TV, a kitchen with gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and, finally, a bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase takes you to the first floor, where you will find the two bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have two single beds and AC and share a fantastic dressing room.

Surroundings

The outside of the property is ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the large private garden you will find an above ground chlorine pool with dimensions of 1 x 3 m and a constant depth of 1 m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days.
Around it, a fantastic furnished porch will offer you a fantastic space where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions.
The house and its facilities are totally private, although there are neighbours nearby.
