This detached house is on a spacious lot. In addition to the driveway, the front of the house features a spacious front yard with lots of greenery and beautiful plants and shrubs. The front door leads into the hall, which connects to the toilet and the living room. At the front of the living room is a cosy sitting area with a sofa and two chairs by the television. The beautiful windows frame the rural view from the living room. The living room also has a dining area that seats six with a spacious table and comfortable chairs. The sliding doors by the dining area offer a great view of the garden and endless distant vistas of the farmland behind the house. The separate kitchen next to the living room is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen has another small seating area consisting of a table for two where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or socialise while cooking. This is a lovely place to sit overlooking the garden. 

The first floor also has one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a small en suite bathroom with shower and sink. Two more bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a closet. The second floor also holds the second bathroom of this house, equipped with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and storage closet. 

The garden runs around the house, allowing you to sit in the front or the back. The back garden has a garden table that seats six, a terrace (25 m2) and a patch of grass. This area is wonderfully private and offers endless views of the land behind the house.  The house has a washing machine and dryer in the storage closet in the bathroom on the first floor.
A high chair and fold-up crib are available for children up to two years old. Your dog can also enjoy this lovely rural setting, as the fully-fenced garden allows them to run free. One four-legged friend is allowed in this property. The driveway in front of the house has room to park two cars.




Surroundings

Zuidzande lies between Oostburg, Nieuwvliet and Cadzand. It’s almost impossible to talk about Cadzand without mentioning the beach. Cadzand-Bad is a well-known seaside resort; Cadzand-Bad and Domburg are the only two beaches in the Netherlands officially labelled “salubrious”. The vast beaches are great for soaking up the sun in the summer or getting a breath of fresh air in the colder months. If you would rather spend a day at sea, Cadzand Marina offers an excellent starting point. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from here and have several shorelines to sail to. The small village of Nieuwvliet, with its quaint streets and characteristic houses, makes an interesting visit and is only 10 minutes away by car. If you like staying active, we have good news for you: there is a 2.5-kilometre walk in the area! The historical centre is in Nieuwvliet-Dorp, about two kilometres from the beach. These quaint streets soon lead to the shopping centre where you can buy nice clothes or souvenirs if you want a change from relaxing on the beach.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day, you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking, you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course, against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions. Please get informed about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbours.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
