• There is no reception , you can collect the keys at the main entrance of the building.
• Check in  from 3pm to 7.30pm (notify us in case of delay).
• Check out  by 10:00 am.
• The freezer is not present in all apartments but in most.
• Balcony or outdoor space in all apartments.

Services external to the structure that require payment on site:

• Riding stables about 1 km away.
• Tennis about 1 km away.
• Bicycle rental about 4 km away.
• Sailing & Diving about 5 km.

• Consumption of electricity, water, gas.
• Air conditioning, from 15/6 to 15/9 included.
• Heating according to the law.
• Final cleaning (the cleaning of the kitchenette must always be carried out by the customer).
• Free cot on request, only possible in the maximum occupancy number.
• Unattended parking included, subject to availability, not guaranteed.
• Small pets allowed, maximum one per apartment, free of charge. To be reported at the time of booking.
• Two sunbeds by the pool for each apartment according to availability.

• Deposit €100.00 per apartment.
• Bathroom/kitchen/bed linen approximately €10.00 change per person (alternatively, the customer can bring his own linen).

• Tourist tax to be paid on site, if applicable.
• Due to the COVID-19 medical emergency, in response to new possible additional legislative measures, services may be unavailable or subject to restrictions.
