Interior

The cosy three-storey town house has a modern style and all the necessary comforts to enjoy during your stay. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with Smart TV; the separate kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook during your holidays; and a toilet where you will also find the washing machine -there is also an iron and ironing board-. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second with twin beds and the last with a double bed. There is another bathroom with bathtub on this floor. The two extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room on the second floor, where you will also find a TV and a working area. We can provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.

Surroundings

This charming town house is located on the outskirts of Sepúlveda, a pretty medieval village in Segovia. This village has been named a Conjunto Histórico Artístico with its castle, its 12th century walls, and its cobbled streets of medieval flavour, where you will also find the basic services for an independent stay. The surroundings of the village are no less beautiful, and it is worth mentioning the Natural Park of Hoces del Duratón, which will delight lovers of hiking and canoeing. When you visit us, don't forget to enjoy one of the best delicacies of Castilian gastronomy, "lechazo asado", a suckling lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven.
