The exterior of this beautiful house is perfect for enjoying summer days in Chiclana. It offers a refreshing private chlorine pool measuring 6 x 4 meters and ranging in depth from 0.9 to 1.70 meters. The safety fence for children is perfect for when family groups visit. Next to the house, we also find the glass-enclosed porch equipped with an outdoor dining table and ceiling fan to temper hot days. On the ground floor, we have the dining room equipped with a fireplace, electric radiator, Smart TV, and table for 6. Next, the spacious kitchen features a ceramic hob and everything needed for cooking during your stay. And here is also where the washing machine is located. A bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people and a bathroom with a shower complete this level. The first floor is occupied by two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with a shower. There is a cot and high chair if traveling with your baby, a ceiling fan and electric radiator in all three bedrooms, and an iron and ironing board for those who like to look impeccable.
