You enter the cozy living room. With a comfortable sofa, a separate armchair, a television (with Chromecast), and a view over the water, this is a nice place to sit. The round dining table, seating 4 people, invites you to enjoy cozy dinners or play a game.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. With the hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment, cooking on this houseboat is a breeze. With a coffee maker and kettle, you start each day right with a fresh cup of coffee or tea.

The houseboat has two bedrooms. The first bedroom, with a double bed (180x200cm), bedside tables, and a wardrobe, offers all the comfort for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom, ideal for children, is equipped with a bunk bed (2 mattresses of 90x200cm) and a wardrobe. The compact bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and a sink with storage cabinet and a large illuminated mirror.

With the terrace of approx. 9 m2, with a nice lounge set and all-weather cushions, the indoor life is connected with the outdoor life. Here you enjoy the beautiful view with a snack and a drink, watching the sunset.

Good news for animal lovers: one pet is allowed in this house. The house is less suitable for children up to and including 2 years old.
With 6 fixed parking spaces at the marina and a terrain with ample (free) parking spaces, you don't have to worry about parking your car. So, are you ready for an unforgettable experience on the water? This houseboat is ready for you!

Surroundings

From the accommodation, you enjoy a view over the Sneekermeer and beautiful natural monuments such as the sunrise and sunset, water birds, and various boats. The Sneekermeer is the place to be if you love everything in and on the water. In this area, you can rent and experience almost everything in the field of water sports activities. In addition, you can enjoy a cozy lunch, drinks, or dinner at the Beachclub restaurant in the harbor, which is open both in summer and winter. Here you will also find the ferry to the start island, a concept in Friesland. If you love water skiing or want to try something new, you can indulge yourself on the water ski track within walking distance of the accommodation. At approx. 7 km distance you will find Sneek, a cozy city with nice restaurants and various surprising shops. The capital Leeuwarden can be reached within 30 minutes by car, a cozy shopping city with plenty of terraces along the canals. In the city center of Leeuwarden, you will find large fashion stores, trendy pop-up stores, cute boutiques, special shopping streets, and hidden gems. Leeuwarden is excellent for a cozy shopping afternoon.

Conditions of the landlord:

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
