The beautiful urbanization is located in a privileged area of Altea and offers stunning views, a well-kept garden, and a refreshing chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 9 meters with a depth ranging from 1 to 3 meters. It includes a children's pool measuring 4x4 meters with a depth of 0.50 meters. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the chlorine or salt before heading up to the apartment, located on the first floor of the building (no elevator). The spacious private terrace is perfect for relaxing and admiring the wonderful sea views.

Interior

The interior of the apartment boasts a modern and bright style with a special Mediterranean touch. The living-dining room offers a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas accommodating our 8 guests. The kitchen opens to the dining area through a small bar and is equipped with a ceramic hob. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, all three with a wardrobe: the first one has a double bed; the second one has two single beds joined together and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; and in the third one, you'll find two bunk beds. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the house. The apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning with a heat pump, and we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.
