You can reserve this beautiful villa right now! NB: the pictures/drawings are examples! This beautiful house complete with a south-facing terrace lies a mere 600m from the renowned recreational lake, Lake Lipno. It is situated at an altitude of 500m, on an excellent private estate of 700m². Typical of the area are the woodlands and hillsides. Many quaint villages and wonderful towns can be found in the vicinity as well as other places of interest. Nearby there are several recreational facilities at your disposal, like a golf course, swimming pool and more. The accomodations BN30856,BN30857,BN30002 en BN31129 are located in the same street on not even 50 meters from each other. Therefore they can be rented together to a large group.The wellness center in Frymburk is a very well equipped wellness facility. The following services are offered: Wellness therapy: massages, body wraps, light therapy. Spa: various kinds of baths and spas and hydromassage. Sauna world: variety of saunas, snow chamber, oriental spa. Salt chamber - relaxation in a unique microclimate as well as several beauty treatments.

Interior

This villa has quality furnishings and luxurious kitchen appliances. It is completely furnished and suitable for 8 persons. On the ground floor you have:
a living room with comfortable furnishings, a satellite TV, radio and CD-player.
As said before, the kitchen (separate from the living room) is equipped with luxurious appliances like a dishwasher and microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. Cookware for 8 - 10 persons is present.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house has a total of four bedrooms. Three of them each have a double bed. The fourth has two single beds.
The spacious bathroom on the first floor has a shower, bathtub and double sink.

Surroundings

In and around this house in southern Bohemia there is plenty to see and do. To begin with there's the immense Lake Lipno (with a length of 45 km!).

This region is visited each year by countless Czech and foreign tourists because of the virtually unlimited possibilities for aquatic sports. A ferry service runs between the towns on the lake. The lake is surrounded by undulating hills. At a distance of 10 km you'll find an aqua park, Marina Lipno. Here you can swim (indoors) as well as enjoy wild-water rafting.

West of Frymburk lies the Bohemian Forest with its landscape of mountains, forests and lakes. In the northeastern direction lies the famous medieval town (complete with fortress) of Cesky Krumlov (20 km), the Vyssili Brod monastery (15 km), the Rozmberg fortress (20 km) and Hloboka Castle (60 km). The Czech capital of Prague is ca. 150 km away.

Conditions of the landlord:

The municipality of Frymburk introduced a compulsory tourist tax (from 07/03/06). This tax is included in the price. Treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care, as if they were your own. We ask that you wear slippers in the house. A week reservation runs from 2:00pm Saturday 10:00am the next Saturday.One pet is included in the rentprice. Surcharge for second pet is 5 euro per day.
