Apartment Bouda is located in the town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou. From here you can explore the Giant Mountains which contains the source of the Elbe River, Hute Waterfalls and a host of historic sites. Rokytnice is a recreational, tourist and winter sports center located in a magnificent valley containing many signposted cycling paths and hiking trails. This house is situated between the two squares of the long town of Rokytnice. It's a quiet neighborhood. In front of the house there is a large parking area. The house has three stories. The owner lives on the first floor and she is always happy to assist you, but also respects your privacy. You have your own entrance. This house is an ideal accommodation for groups from 10 persons upwards.

There is a hall for keeping shoes and jackets. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms. One is furnished with two double beds, two tables and chairs, two fauteuils (upholstered chairs) a closet and a TV. The other has one double bed, the rest is the same as the other bedroom. The small kitchen has a 2-burner electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. There is a separate toilet. The bathroom has two sinks and a shower. Stairs lead to the second floor where you arrive in an atmospheric living room. There is a large table where 12 people can easily sit around plus a TV in the corner. There are two bedrooms here, both furnished with two double beds and a balcony. The kitchenette has a short bench and is equipped like the one downstairs. The large bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. The house is centrally heated.

This house has a garden which contains furniture and a grill. In the center of Rokytnice you will find all the necessary facilities, like a bowling alley, sauna, bars and restaurants. Both squares of the town are very good for shopping. St. Michael's Church, which was built during the second half of the 18th century and restored in 1996, and the beautiful city hall built in 1902, are well worth a visit. Near Rokytnice there is the old mountain house of Dvoračky. This is an old tavern situated at an altitude of 1140m above sea level. After the tavern lies the Hut'sky River which cascades down in a 50m high waterfall. The Giant Mountains are very beautiful with their woods and conifers. Along the summit of the mountains there is a 40km long path called "Krkonoše magistrále". Near the house you'll find a vast network of trails. Signposts and maps point the way. During your hikes you can use the chair lifts, which also operate in summer. It is best to bring your passports on these trips because you are hiking near the Polish border. Along the routes there are many taverns where you can stop off for some refreshments. Other ideas for day trips include: Harrachov lies near the border of Poland and at only 17km away is well worth a visit for its glass museum and cable car which runs from Harrachov to Tanvald. Spindlerův Mlýn (42 km) is located on the banks of the river Labe (Elbe) and is the heart of the area and the top of the ski centres. A very special attraction is the 7km long bob sled track that starts at Spindlerova Bouda (Spindler Chalet). This track is used in summer for lessons. The town of Vrchlabí (the High Elbe) is also located on the banks of the Elbe River and has beautiful traditional wooden houses and a baroque castle. The castle has 4 towers, one for each season, 52 rooms, one for each week and 365 windows, one for each day. Liberec is one of the larger cities in northern Bohemia. It has both old and new buildings. The old 17th century St Antonius Church and the old city hall are its main attractions. If you don't feel like cooking, the nearest restaurant is just 100m away. Here you can enjoy an inexpensive but very good meal.

Conditions of the landlord:

Pets are not allowed in this house. Smoking is not permitted, but you may smoke on the two balconies. Please wear slippers in the house (You will need to bring them). Costs for energy (gas, electricity, water) will be settled after the end of the stay with the owner.

Groups of young people under 21 years are not allowed unaccompanied by at least one adult over 35 years of age.
In the period of New Year, a deposit of 300 euros has to be paid. This will be refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage or other defects detected by the landlord.
If these conditions are not respected, the access to the property will be refused.
