This villa occupies an excellent location behind the dunes of the North Sea beaches. Situated in a beautiful holiday [villa] park north of Noordwijk, it is a suitable accommodation for 6 persons and has been furnished according to modern day standards of comfort. Wide beaches, dunes and forests can be found within walking distance. The beautiful flower bulb region is nearby. Horseback riding, bowling and golf are possible in the immediate vicinity. In short: everything present for a pleasant stay in the Dune & Bulb region-by-the-sea!

This freestandingvilla for six persons has a private parking space for one car. In the cozy living room you will find a sitting and a dining area. A color TV is present with the following German channels: ard, zdf, wdr. French doors provide access to your own private terrace with garden furniture. The open kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, refrigerator and 4-burner cooker. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds (with duvets, which will be spread for you upon arrival).During office hours, clients can use a computer with internet connection in the reception.

Katwijk, Noordwijk, Leiden and their vicinity have plenty to offer. There are many attractions, museums, entertainment facilities and recreational areas with varying landscapes. The coast of Katwijk en Noordwijk and the neighboring Old Dutch town of Leiden offer the possibility of combining a beach holiday with culture. In spring-time you will find the bulb region's fields in full bloom. In summer the Katwijk and Noordwijk beaches are a favorite. Strolling along the many monuments in Leiden is also quite popular. Fall and winter are the seasons for breezy beach walks, enjoying lots of fresh air and visiting the museums in Leiden. Noordwijk is an excellent starting point for trips to the surrounding towns of Amsterdam and The Hague, with their numerous attractions.

- Groups of young people under 25 years, after consultation. In this case an extra deposit will be charged. - Upon arrival at the villa, you will receive a detailed information pack.

The second car can be left on the central parking area of the park. This is not necessarily by the house.
Pets are allowed with costs. Per pet per week € 29, per weekend / midweek € 18. If you stay less than a week or on weekends, an amount of 7 € per pet per day is calculated.

In high season, only one dog is allowed.
In the off-season, two dogs are welcome.

Voor de derde keer een dergelijke vakantiewoning op die plek gehad. Omdat de omgeving perfect is, zijn we terug gekomen. Mooie grote percelen met veel privacy.
