This accommodation is part of a holiday complex which was built in an old 17th century monastery. During renovation the original structure was retained while the building was divided into 10 elegantly decorated apartments for 2,3 or 4 persons. All windows have mosquito screens. There is a pool of 7x14m complete with changing cubicles and toilets. There is also a private parking area. The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden containing furniture and a barbecue.

"La Lepre VIII" is suitable for 4 persons and is located on the first floor of the complex. The apartment has its own entrance. The accommodation has a total area of 50m2 which includes a large living room with a couch which can be converted to a bed for 2 persons. The living room also includes a dining area. The house has a TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and enough cutlery/crockery to cook prepare a meal for 4 persons. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Each apartment has its own heating so you can easily warm the house a bit on colder days. There is a washing machine for use by all the tenants.

The residence is surrounded by grounds of 4ha containing young poplars, which is situated between vineyards and fields. Only 800m away there is the medieval town of Colle val d'Elsa, with many shops of all kinds. You can rent bikes (in a shop located 1km from the residence) so you can explore the beautiful with its artificial lakes by bike. The famous town of Tuscany is only a short drive away. Florence (45km), Siena (20km) and Volterra (28km) can also be easily reached from the accommodation. From the garden around the complex you have a beautiful view of the towers of San Gimignano. Furthermore, this is a great place to relax!

Included in the price are: bed linen, towels, gas/water and electricity. One small dog will be allowed in this apartment. You can rent a baby bed for 25 euros per week. Not included are: - the cost of heating which will be invoiced according to consumption (1 euro per m3). Guests of the holiday house have a washing machine at their disposal. Use of the washing machine is 5 euros per wash.
