This large villa provides the opportunity and space to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a quiet area of the Ore Mountains (Krušne Hory). It is situated just 7 km from the German border. This 30-year-old (renovated) house has an apartment and offerst an excellent accommodation for up to 6 persons. If you are only a group of 6 person, please use only the ground floor of the villa. As the building is built upon a cellar, the front of the villa is accessible via a stone staircase. In the spacious garden you will find a large terrace with three chairs. There are swings and a sandbox for children. In Kovarska you will find grocery stores, drug stores, shops with household items and restaurants. There is parking for your car at the house, enclosed by a fence. This accommodation is a suitable starting point for excursions in the area, where there is much to see and experience.

The 50 sq m ground floor apartment for 4-6 persons consists of a bedroom with a double and a single bed,and 2 wardrobes. Sitting room with 2 separate beds, cupboards, 2 armchairs and SAT TV. In the fully equipped kitchen you can find a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cooking range with ceram plate and oven, electric kettle and a coffee maker, dishwasher, enough pots, pans, dishes, cutleries etc. In the dining area of the spacious kitchen there is another sofa bed for 1 pers. Bathroom with 2 wash basins, shower bath, washing machine, WC. The apartmernt can be locked and privacy is fuly secured. The owner lives in the first floor. Private parking place. Terrace for summer dining with an umbrella, garden with barbecue place, baby swing.

In Kovářská there is a church dating from the 18th century which has a parsonage and a baroque Mary "plague column". To the west of the village you'll find a memorial to the captives of the 30 Years War plus a museum. The environment is ideal for cycling and hiking, even to Germany via the many pedestrianized crossings which lie within 3 to 6 km. The surrounding forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers. Perštejn (10 km) has the ruins of a castle. In Klásterec nad Ohří (17 km) there is a 19th century castle. Next to this town of healing springs, there is a park with beautiful statues, a porcelain museum and a modern water park called "Aqualand". Beyond the historic and attractive town of Kadan (23 km) lies the large reservoir of Nechranice (37km) which is popular for its sailing facilities. Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad 38 km), one of the most beautiful spas in Europe, is also worth a visit. The traffic-free historic city center still radiates the glory of former times. Finally, Prague (127 km), the capital and number one tourist attraction in the Czech Republic, simply must be seen. Enjoy Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square with its astronomical clock and Wenceslas Square with its many fashionable shops and restaurants.
