This apartment is part of a rural estate dating from the 15th century. It lies in the province of Corciano, just 12km from Perugia. From the estate you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside. This is a place where you can really unwind. The completely restored estate has been divided into five stylish apartments, each with its own private garden. Painting and cooking courses are often organized here. Today this "Agroturismo" produces its own olive oil and also has a wine cellar where you can taste the wine. The estate also grows its own fruits and seeds. Facilities of the estate include a swimming pool, barbecue and furnished garden. Guests can use the international library, with books in English, German and Swedish.You can rent this apartment for any day you wish (except the high season).

This fine second floor apartment is suitable for four to six persons and has a total area of ca. 120m2. The living room has a double bed sofa and a rustic fireplace. Attached to the living room is an open-plan kitchen which is equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower. The wooden ceiling and the wonderful views really do give this apartment a rustic ambiance. There are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, the other has two single beds. All apartments have rustic and antique furniture, central heating and a satellite television. You can get a mobile phone upon request.

This estate is the perfect location for excursions to Perugia. Because of its favorable location you can also visit beautiful cities and villages in Umbria, which are known for their history and wonderful landscapes. The following towns are also easily accessible: Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, Gubbio, Arezzo and many other wonderful places. Some activities available here are: mountain biking, table tennis, badminton and archery.

Included in the price: Bath and bed linen; Water, gas and electricity; use of the garden; use of the swimming pool; barbecue and ping pong.
Not included in the price: heating - will be charged according to use; washing and cleaning products; final cleaning, 50 euros; pets are allowed for a fee of 30 euros per week; there is the possibility to book breakfast for a fee of 7 euros per person; satellite TV (decoder); use of the telephone.
The estate is not suitable for children under the age of 6. You can bring your dog. Outside the garden there are large and suitable dog kennels for you to use. Dogs must be kept on a leash and they are not allowed near the swimming pool. For an additional fee you can use the following: internet, badminton, archery, table football, wood for the fireplace, mountain bike.
Arrival is between 3:30pm and 7:30pm.
Departure is by 10:00 am.
