This estate is the perfect location for excursions to Perugia. Because of its favorable location you can also visit beautiful cities and villages in Umbria, which are known for their history and wonderful landscapes. The following towns are also easily accessible: Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, Gubbio, Arezzo and many other wonderful places. Some activities available here are: mountain biking, table tennis, badminton and archery.

The rent includes:

Basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar).
Cleaning detergents and toilet paper.

Bed linen and towels for bathroom and kitchen.

Extra bed into a sofa bed or a cot from € 15.00 to € 25.00 per day per person.
Breakfast: € 7.00 per person.
Pool towels: € 5.00 per person.
Midweek cleaning: € 30.00 (on request).
Final cleaning weekend € 30.00  week € 50.00
Iron and ironing board: € 5.00.
Dogs or cats as follows: € 30.00 (weekends), € 50.00(Week) with a € 200.00 deposit by credit card.

Winter heating: € 12.00 per day.

"take-away" dinner has the cost of € 18.00 per person and the guests can serve dinner at 20.30 in a basket and eat in the garden (plates and paper cups provided by the owner) or in their apartment.
