This apartment is part of a rural 13th century country house which has been divided into five luxurious apartments. From the country house, which is situated 600m above sea level, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills. Guests of the country house can use the beautifully laid out swimming pool with accompanying sun beds and sunshades. Other facilities include a tennis court, jeux-de-boules, beach volleyball and a large garden with furniture and a barbecue. Bikes can also be hired. This luxurious apartment is suitable for 4 persons. It is located on the ground floor and has a total area of 70m2. In the living room there is a double bed couch and a rustic fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 furnished with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. The two bathrooms each have a shower. The apartment has a panoramic terrace near the pool. All apartments are stylishly furnished and well heated. Each comes with a washing machine, television, radio and VCR/DVD/CD player.

This country house is close to the medieval village of Monte St. Maria Tiberina, almost on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. From the house you can take a walk and enjoy the wonderful landscape complete with olive trees, hills and woods. You can also hire bikes (on the estate) to explore the area. Ancient cities like Perugia, Arezzo, Siena, etc. are easy to get to. Depending on the season, you can go mushroom or truffle hunting. There is a 6-hole golf course situated 6 km away. A riding school is also in the area, where you can take a horse for an outdoor ride. Lovers of Italian cuisine can pay a visit to the beautiful “Casa Buitoni”.

Not included in the price are: final cleaning 50 euro; use of heating (according to consumption). Additional cleaning is available at a rate of €10 per hour. Pets are not allowed. Time of arrival: 4pm; Time of departure: by 10am.
