This cozy, recently renovated holiday accommodation sleeps 21 persons and consists of two fully self contained apartments (12 and 9 beds). Each apartment has its own kitchen, living room with TV, 2 bathrooms (with shower or bath plus toilet) and three bedrooms each with 2-4 beds. The larger apartment (A) is suitable for up to 12 persons and contains a lounge with TV (with satellite reception) and a comfortable sitting area separated by a bar; a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area; and three bedrooms located in the attic. The first bedroom is furnished with three beds, the second has four beds and the third (main) bedroom has 5 beds. The master bedroom also has its own fully equipped bathroom with shower. The first and second bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there are two more separate bathrooms equipped with toilets (one with a urinal). The smaller apartment (B) holds up to 9 people and consists of a lounge with a TV (with satellite reception) and a couch; a kitchen with separate bar seating; and three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two beds, the second has three beds and the third is equipped with four beds. The two bedrooms on the top floor have a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The double bedroom on the ground floor has its own barrier-free access for persons with disabilities (accessible from the terrace). It also has a private bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. This bedroom is perfect for holidaymakers who have limited mobility or for older persons. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Hot water is available in both apartments. Each apartment has a private veranda in the square courtyard. Here you will find a stone terrace under a pergola, ideal for enjoying lots of privacy and tranquility. For the use of all guests there is a sun-heated pool (diameter 5.5 m) at the back of the courtyard. This holiday home is a great accommodation all year round and offers elegant yet modern decor. In winter the house is heated by a central heating system with hot air pipes / fire and electric radiators.
Your destination is located off of the busy roads, thus absolute rest is assured. The few farms that are here are mostly weekend houses, which help give the village an idyllic and cozy atmosphere. Around Ponědraž there are numerous ponds and flooded sand quarries. Here a variety of water sports can be enjoyed. It is also a paradise for fishermen. Nearby there are many well-marked hiking trails and bicycle paths which lead through this stunning wetland area. Water sports enthusiasts can also sail in the nearby Luznice River. A children's playground and sports field are just 30 meters from the house. At a distance of 100 meters you’ll find a swimming pool. The more demanding holidaymakers can swim in the sand quarry lakes located 3 km from the house. At a distance of 200 meters there is a grocery store and a restaurant.
