This comfortable detached house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, near the village of Crone, directly on Lake Idro. Via a footpath along the shore of the lake you can reach this typical village with its restaurants, cozy cafes, bars and shops.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate four to six persons and has a total area of approximately 60m². The living room contains a double bed sofa while the open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker and a fridge/freezer. There is a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The house is comfortably furnished, has central heating, a washing machine and a TV with satellite connection. Furthermore, there is a small garden equipped with furniture from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.

Lake Idro is nestled among the foothills of the Dolomites. On the map it looks like a tiny dot, but in reality it is relatively large, with a length of 12 km. The holiday complex occupies a beautiful location on Lake Idro and offers plenty of opportunity for sports and leisure-time fun. For example, each week (between July 8th and August 19th) there are organized trips into the mountains and for older children, in the vicinity of the park, there are a variety of adventurous games. The village of Lemprato has many cafes. Along the shore of the lake you will find a number of old fishing villages. The historic cities of Brescia and Verona can be easily reached by car. Venice is also a good trip to do in a day.

Conditions of the landlord:

On arrival you report to the reception where you hand over the rental agreement. You are awaited and taken to your apartment. Arrival is between 17.00 and 20.00. If you can't make it between these hours please contact us.
Included in the price are a Baby Set (except in summer). The pool is open from half May to half September. Bathing cap is compulsory. Final cleaning , Energy costs. Towels and kitchen towles need to be brought.
You can hire bed linen for €8,00 per person, or bring it from home. A baby set in period 22/06 -06/09 can be hired for €35,00 (baby bed, buggy and high chair) ,
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Motor boats with more then 10hp are not allowed on Lake Idro. You can collect a boating certificate at the office. There are international daily newspapers on the park. Fishing is allowed but you need a tourist-license. You can collect that at the post office.
