De Banjaard, ('Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard') is located on the beautiful island of Noord-Beveland in a very privileged place on the North Sea Coast. Because of its unique location - between the North Sea, the Eastern Sea and the Veerse - the park makes an ideal base for exploring Zeeland. The luxurious villas and country houses were built in an exclusive architectural style. The stylish park, surrounded by high dunes and created using lots of greenery and lots of water, has a surprising character, with plenty of atmosphere and a very private nature. The park also has an attractive, modern, indoor plaza. The following facilities are available in the park: a food market, welcome buffet, cafe (including pizzas to go), snacks and french fries, large terrace and heated outdoor terrace, heated indoor swimming pool (free for guests), tennis courts, club activities, extensive sports and entertainment programs, slot machines, hall, vacation rental club with bike rental, library, table tennis, mini golf, darts, various playgrounds, Jeu de Boules, archery sports field, laundry and a holiday dialysis center.

This free-standing villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. The total (residential) area is about 95 m². The layout of the ground floor: a hall, living room and kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, electric oven, extraction fan, dishwasher and microwave as well as complete dinnerware for the number of guests. The living room has a color TV with remote control (Dutch and international channels), stereo with CD player, dining area and sitting area. This villa has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, all with extra beds (box spring type). Deck beds and pillows are available. There is a second television in the master bedroom as well as a bathroom with a separate shower and a 2-person whirlpool bath. The accommodation also has a separate toilet, floor heating on the ground floor and a storeroom. Outside on the terrace (two terraces) you will find sufficient patio furniture, including two sun loungers and umbrellas. You can park next to the villa.

Because of its unique location on the Veerse Sea, the Eastern Schelde and the North Sea, Kamperland is a truly remarkable place. Here you will find broad beaches, a wide polder landscape and lots of water! This translates to an excellent opportunity for a relaxing holiday. You also have the possibility to explore the surrounding natural areas of the region by bike or on foot. The dunes of Kamperland are widely known! The North Sea beach is a pleasant place to linger, and for surfing and sailing you can to the other side of the Veerse Dam: the Veerse Sea. The Netherlands is situated below sea level. In order to protect the Netherlands from serious flooding, as occured in 1953, the Delta Works were built. If you are interested in the background of the storm surge brigade, then take a visit to Waterland Neeltje Jans. Here you can hear the history of flood disaster and the construction of the Delta Works. For children, the water park provides much to do. In Seehundebecken you can see animals and the water slide and wave pavilion are also very nice places where you are sure to have fun. Anyone who dares can try the hurricane machine where you can experience a storm with 12 gale force winds. A very special activity in Kamperland is beer brewing. Emelisse Brewery is the only brewery on North Beveland. Here a twofold abbey and wheat beer is brewed. You can even taste the special beers. If you would like, you can visit Kamperland's subtropical swimming pool, where guests of De Banjaard have free admission!
