The holiday and golf resort of Cochem is located in one of the most well-known and popular vacation spots in Germany - the Moselle area. The luxurious bungalows are situated in the midst of wonderfully created lots with water and bunkers (sand traps). The facilities of the central building, the unique landscape of the Mosel, picturesque wine villages and the medieval old town of Cochem provide a wide range of opportunities and recreational activities. Highly recommended are the splendid Mosel Riesling and the world-famous castle of Cochem, which is the symbol of the region. In short: a place with a lot of variety, even for non-golfers. Most of the free-standing bungalows are situated on the golf course and offer plenty of comfort. The golf course of Cochem is certainly one of the most beautiful golf courses in the area. The course is part of a magnificent, rolling landscape and has lots to offer both beginner and experienced players. The park contains the following facilities: a supermarket, golf and souvenir shop, plaza, restaurants, snacks, indoor swimming pool (free for guests), entertainment programs, bike rental, various playgrounds, golf lessons, 9-hole golf course (par 3), 18-hole golf course (par 72), driving range with 60 seats (partly covered) and a club house.

This detached bungalow is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons. The total (residential) area is about 85 square meters. The layout of the ground floor: a hall, living room (with floor heating) and an open kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas cooker, extraction fan, combination microwave, dishwasher and complete dinnerware for the number of guests. The living room has a color TV with remote control (international channels), DVD player and a radio with CD player. The apartment has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. In the master bedroom there is a second TV and in the other one a third. Blankets and pillows are available. The bungalow has two bathrooms. The ground floor bathroom with a bath. The other bathroom (on the 1st floor) has a shower and sink. The apartment has two separate toilets, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a balcony, floor heating on the ground floor and a storeroom. On the terrace you will find plenty of patio furniture. Most of these free-standing bungalows are situated on the golf course.

You will not be bored here! You can take many interesting trips into the wider environment, for example to the Nürburgring which is one of the most famous and notorious race tracks in the world. Or you can visit historical Reichsburg. Situated more than 100 meters above the Mosel, on a steep mountain, this modern structure has unforgettable trains. The form of the mountain appears to be rising inside the building, and continues and reaches its peak in the slate roof of the mighty tower. The castle of Cochem is another a 'must see'. A typical stronghold, because of its position, defense was possible from all directions. You can also go for a cruise down the Mosel River and experience Cochem and its surroundings from the water. You can choose between a trip down the Mosel River, to the locks of Beilstein or an evening cruise. Other possibilities include: wine tasting, Nordic walking routes, Nürburgring racetrack, game and leisure park of Klotten / Cochem, Gemstone City Idar-Oberstein, Koblenz and Trier. At the park there is a golf course. The Cochem golf course is certainly one of the most beautiful golf courses in the area. The course is part of a magnificent, rolling landscape and. Here both beginners and experienced players, young and old can play all day long. Take a look inside! Experience the atmosphere! The whole family is welcome! Designed by the award-winning German architects of Staedler, this is a fantastic championship course. The Cochem golf course has very extensive facilities including a 9-hole practice facility (par 3), a partly covered driving range with 60 seats, putting and chipping green as well as a range.
