This apartment is situated near Domaso, a picturesque village on the northwest shore of Lake Como. This holiday complex is well-suited for families with children and is open year round. It consists of two beautiful buildings with a total of 22 apartments. Guests can use the big swimming pool (16x8) with children area, a large solarium and a private garden with outdoor furniture. There is also a parking lot, a fenced-in playground, barbecue, volleyball court, garage and laundrette. You can reach the nearby beach by taking a private little path which cuts through a neighboring campsite. The beach is partly sand, partly grass. This is an ideal area for children because the lake only gradually becomes deep. Guests can use the dressing rooms, shower and toilet of the beach. There is also a storage box for surfing equipment and a mooring area for boats.

This apartment has an area of ca. 18 m² and is suitable for 2 persons. The kitchen, which is built-in in a cupboard in the living room, is equipped with an electric cooker (2 hobs), extraction fan, refrigerator and coffeemaker. The living room is furnished with a double bed couch. There is a shower in the bathroom. Guests of this apartment have their own private area in the garden, complete with outdoor furniture. Each flat is modern and has central heating and a TV.

This holiday complex is ideally situated for a variety of activities including (mountain) trekking, mountain biking and of course, water sports such as sailing (on a catamaran), windsurfing and water-skiing. There are also boats for rent. You will find a surfing school 300 meters from the accommodation. A beautiful restaurant with a wonderful garden is situated right next door. Other pubs, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are nearby, within walking distance. There are two supermarkets located 100 meters from the house. Ski runs are also nearby on the mountains. From here you can take day trips to picturesque villages with their small narrow streets (Dorio, Bellano, Lecco and Como). You can even reach Milan within an hour.

The pool is open from April till September or October, from 9:30 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. The apartment has to be cleaned before departure. The reception area is open daily between 9:00 and 12:00 a.m. and between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. There is a small safe available at the reception desk. Arrival time is between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Departure time: by 10:00 a.m.
