This apartment is part of a farmhouse situated right in the middle of the Italian region of Umbria. This farmhouse lies near the historic towns of Assisi, Perugia, Todi and Montefalco. It is built of stone and has 8 wonderful apartments and two rooms. You can enjoy a beautiful view from here thanks to its unique location 450 meters above sea level, on top of a hill. Unspoilt nature, typical Italian cooking and superb house wines are the ingredients for a wonderful holiday here. Guests of the farmhouse can use the pool with accompanying chairs, deckchairs and sunshades. You also have a magnificent view from here. The holiday house has a shady garden complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is an ecological farm on the grounds which produces its own olive oil and honey. It is possible to sample the delicious products of this region in the local restaurant which is also situated on the estate. Local products such as pasta, grain, wine, grappa and truffle sauces are also sold here. Facilities such as a table tennis table and launderette are also at your disposal. There is private parking for guests of the accommodation.

This apartment is located on the ground floor or on the first floor of the complex, and has a total area of 60m². It is suitable for two up to four persons. There is a double bed couch for 2 persons in the living room. The completely furnished open kitchen borders the living room and is equipped with a stove, a small freezer compartment, a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker and dishwasher. There is a double bed in the bedroom. A third bed can be placed here upon request - you can order it under "extra services". The bathroom has a shower. Guests of the apartment have a private section in the garden which is equipped with furniture. All apartments are furnished in part with wooden and antique furniture which provides them with a special country-style character. There is central heating and a TV in all of the apartments.

The location of this cottage is ideal for exploring the surroundings of Umbria. Visit gorgeous villages and towns such as Perugia 25 km, Assisi 27 km, Todi 32 km, Spoleto 42 km, Montefalco 20km, Bettona 8 km and Deruta 9 km - all within easy reach. These places are known for their history as well as beautiful scenery. Even Siena, Florence and Rome can be reached from here (in a couple of hours by car). You have plenty of activities to choose from here: mountain biking, table tennis, walking, trekking and horseback riding just to name a few. The cottage is surrounded by a 200 hectare forest where a variety of trees can be found: oaks, holm oaks, chestnut trees and pines. There is an olive tree round the house which is a hundred years old and around which another 1,000 young olive trees have been planted. There is no crop spraying.

Prices include: - Gas/Water/Electricity – Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. –Use of pool and garden furniture. – Use of table tennis – A basket with wood for the fireplace - Mountain bikes. You can bring a small dog. Not included are: - costs for heating which will be invoiced according to consumption – final cleaning € 40. - per week – / day - Extra bed costs € 6. - per day – a crib costs € 5. - per day. If you like you can order breakfast at € 6. - per person. The pool is open from 1st of May till 30th of September. Arrival time is between 3 and 7 p.m. Departure time is by 10 a.m.
