This apartment is situated nearby Domaso, a picturesque village on the northwest shore of Lake Como. This holiday complex, which is open year round, is well-suited for families with children. It consists of two beautiful buildings with 22 apartments. Guests of the complex can use the big swimming pool (16x8) with children zone, a large solarium and a private garden with furniture. There is also a parking lot, a fenced-in playground, a barbecue, volleyball court, a garage and a laundrette. You can take a private little path past a camping site to reach the nearby beach. The beach is partly sandy and partly grassy. It is ideal for children because the lake gets deeper only very gradually. Guests can use the dressing rooms, shower and toilet there. There is also a storage box for surfing equipment. You will also find a mooring area for boats on the lake.

This apartment has an area of ca. 40 m² and is suitable for 4 persons. The kitchen borders the living room and is equipped with a gas stove (4 hobs, one of which is electric) a refrigerator and a coffeemaker. The living room is furnished with a double bed couch. There is a bathtub or a shower in the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with one double bed and two single beds. The apartments on the ground floor have a balcony with direct access to the garden. The apartments on the first and second floor have a balcony or a small French style balcony. Each flat is modern and has central heating and a TV. These flats are also suitable for disabled persons. The bathroom, however, has no special facilities for the disabled.

The pool is open from April till September or October, from 9:30 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. The apartment has to be cleaned before departure. The reception area is open daily between 9:00 and 12:00 a.m. and between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. There is a small safe available at the reception desk. Arrival time is between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Departure time: by 10:00 a.m.
