Location

This accommodation is part of a farm which dates back to the 19th century. The house is situated on a hill and has a splendid view of the surroundings. The old town of San Gimignano is only 3 km away. The farm has been divided into 6 Bed & Breakfast accommodations and is spread over 10 hectares of woods, olive tree orchards and vineyards. This area is famous for its excellent wines, such as Vernaccia, Sangiovese and Canaiolo. The house contains 6 bedrooms and a common room which is mostly used in the winter season for serving breakfast. There is also a large common lounge furnished with couches and a fireplace which provides a rustic air. Facilities include a swimming pool with chaise lounges and a parasol. The farmhouse is situated in a wonderful park and is surrounded by centuries-old trees. A delicious breakfast is served in the beautiful garden every morning. The farmhouse has a private parking lot.

Interior

You can rent this room on a daily basis. The room is approx. 25 m² and is suitable for two to three persons. It may be located on the ground floor or on the first floor. The room has terracotta floor tiles and a chestnut wood ceiling which gives it a rustic country look. This accommodation is furnished with a double bed and has its own bathroom. An extra bed can be placed upon request. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. Breakfast is included in the rental price. Guests are welcome to use the large common garden as well as the garden furniture. This accommodation is comfortably furnished in a country style and has central heating, a telephone and a satellite TV.

Surroundings

This farm is located in the village of Pancole, only 3 km from San Gimignano. The town of San Gimignano lies amidst the sunny Tuscan landscape and, thanks to its unique medieval architecture, attracts scores of tourists from around world year round. San Gimignano is not only rich in culture but also known for its hot (mineral) springs. The farmhouse makes an excellent starting point for visiting neighbouring towns like Pisa (65km), Firenze (65km), Siena(50km) and Montaione(18km). Day trips by bike (mountain bike) or on foot can be organised on the spot.
