Less than 20 minutes from Antwerp lies the small village of Pulderbos (Zandhoven). This studio is part of a detached villa built prior to 2003. Zandhoven lies in the "land of Playsantien", a quiet piece of Flanders, in the four-city area of Antwerp, Lier, Herentals and Turnhout. This area got its name from the "farms and houses of Playsantien": a belt of castles and country houses in the green belt of Antwerp Kempen. It is an area of culture and history, but also a Mecca for cyclists! The network of bicycle paths comprises 2200 km - all well-marked in both directions. The accommodation thus makes a great base for endless an cycling holiday. You will pass by forests, canals, rivers, natural areas and lovely little villages. Furthermore, there are 40 topical routes of about 50 km with possible shortcuts which lead to the most beautiful places in the region. Each person is free to travel at their own pace, but in any case you are certain to enjoy the lush green surroundings! You can also discover wonderful recreational and nature conservation areas with conifer and deciduous trees, buckwheat, bogs and alternating sand dunes.

This studio is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons. The total (residential) area is about 41 square meters. The division: a living room, kitchen, bedroom, toilet and separate bathroom. In the living room there is a couch, two chairs, a table, television and DVD and CD player. In the open kitchen you will find a coffee maker, microwave, freezer and mini-oven. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a linen closet. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and shower. The studio has both floor heating and central heating. On the terrace there is patio furniture at your disposal. You can park your car next to the studio.

Antwerp Kempen is a hiker's paradise. For fans of an active holiday we recommend a day at the beach in the "De Lilse Bergen" recreational area or spend the day at the "Bobbejaanland" amusement park. But this area has more to offer: Antwerp is nearby! This city is both old and modern. The town has beautiful Gothic as well as baroque churches. Shop windows display the top designs of famous fashion designers and sparkling diamonds. Rubens, diamonds, culture, fashion, cuisine and the Scheldt help ensure an exciting time in this city. In the charming provincial town of Lier you will also find good shopping opportunities, if just for window shopping. Culturally the town also has a lot to offer: the town hall; a wonderful Beguine nunnery (a UNESCO World Heritage site); a tower and the magnificent facades of the market. The town of Kempen provides wonderful entertainment possibilities: shopping, inviting terraces and culinary delicacies, not to mention a warm and friendly atmosphere. The shopping center of Wijnegem, with 240 shops under one roof, is only 18km away. A beautiful piece of Flanders just waiting to be discovered!

Pets are not allowed. Gas, water and electricity plus bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. There is free wireless internet at you disposal. The owner will provide you with an access code.
