This comfortable accommodation is located in a quiet area directly on Lake Idro. From the house it takes just 20 minutes to reach the characteristic village of Pieve Vecchia. Here you will find bars, restaurants and shops. The house has its own parking lot. You can also use the nearby facilities (10 minutes walk) of a holiday complex which includes a restaurant, cafe, supermarket, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball area, table tennis and surfing school. In the summer there are many organized activities here for children.

This first-floor accommodation can accommodate four to six persons and has an area of approximately 90m². The open kitchen adjacent to the living room is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer and coffeemaker. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The bathroom has a bathtub. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third contains a bunk bed. The house is comfortably furnished, has central heating, a washing machine and a TV with satellite connection. Pets are allowed if they are kept on a leash and you bring a dog scoop.

Lake Idro is nestled among the foothills of the Dolomites. On the map it looks like a tiny dot, but in reality it is quite large with a length of 12 km. In this beautiful location on Lake Idro you can take nice long walks along the west side of the lake. In the area you'll find many picturesque mountain villages which have retained their original character with narrow streets, ancient balconies adorned with flowers and gates and courtyards which still breathe a typical Italian atmosphere. Exciting day trips are possible from the holiday complex, including to Lake Garda and the historical cities of Verona and Venice. In the summer you can visit the centuries-old Arena di Verona, where classical operas are still performed. In the area there are also several markets: on Wednesdays in Crone and on Tuesdays in Ponte Caffaro at Lake Idro. On Fridays there is a market in the Valle Sabbia, on Tuesdays in Desenzano and Riva and on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Salò on Lake Garda. Each market is open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. A true regional market is held on the first Monday of each month in the town of Nozza, 12 km south of the park. The second Sunday of September is the day of a large fair in Ponte Caffaro.

Conditions of the landlord:

On arrival you report to the reception where you hand over the rental agreement. You are awaited and taken to your apartment. Arrival is between 17.00 and 20.00. If you can't make it between these hours please contact us.
Included in the price are a Baby Set (except in summer). The pool is open from half May to half September. Bathing cap is compulsory. Final cleaning , Energy costs. Towels and kitchen towles need to be brought.
You can hire bed linen for €8,00 per person, or bring it from home. A baby set in period 22/06 -06/09 can be hired for €35,00 (baby bed, buggy and high chair) ,-. Pets are allowed from a leash and their waste needs to be collected.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Motor boats with more then 10hp are not allowed on Lake Idro. You can collect a boating certificate at the office. There are international daily newspapers on the park. Fishing is allowed but you need a tourist-license. You can collect that at the post office.
