This renovated house (2004) is located in the village of Mnetěš, at the foot of "Říp" hill- a national monument. This village, with very few residents, guarantees a peaceful holiday. -- The location is ideal, close to the highway to Prague. This road is well-maintained in both summer and winter thus Prague can be reached in just 30 minutes. -- The chalet has two floors and is surrounded by a garden. In the garden you will find garden furniture, a sun umbrella and a barbecue area. -- For daily shopping there is a grocery store just 50 meters away.

All the floors of the chalet are connected to the garden. -- On the ground floor there is a hall and a comfortable living room containing a fireplace, bar, table and chairs, television, video and DVD player and a radio with CD player. -- The kitchen is well equipped including a gas cooker, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. -- On the ground floor there is an extra bathroom and a sauna. You will also find a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and washing machine. -- The first bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, 2 extra beds and hanging cabinets. The second bedroom has two single beds and some toys. The two bedrooms on the second floor are connected to each other by a door. These each have a double bed and offer a spectacular view of Říp hill. The bedrooms have a common toilet. -- The house is centrally heated.

This chalet is set among beautiful natural surroundings near the National Monument of "Říp" Hill, where at the top you'll find the 12th century rotunda of St. George. -- The capital of Prague is just 30 minutes away. This beautiful city of Central Europe is full of sights, including Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Wenceslas Square. Here you can go shopping (cheap) and eating. -- Máchov Lake is a popular recreational area with a beach, water sports center, tour boats, slide, beach ball and bungee jumping. At this lake you won't be bored: besides the tours and water activities, you have the opportunity to play mini-golf, football, volleyball, or chess on a big chess board. Children will enjoy the playground and there is also a good tree for climbing! Other options: you can surf at the yacht club in the town of Doksy. -- Theresa City is a good example of a garrison village in the spirit of classical architecture. During the Second World War it was a concentration camp for Jewish residents from all across Europe. This was the prison of the Prague Gestapo. Today, it is an impressive monument in memory of the victims of Nazism. -- There are also many castles in the area: Nelahozeves and Mělník to name just two.
