Malcesine is one of the loveliest and most fascinating little villages on Lake Garda. It lies at the foot of Monte Baldo mountain. From the top of this mountain you have a breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the surrounding Dolomites. You can reach the nature reserve of Monte Baldo (partly) by car, on foot or by funicular (cable car). Thanks to the mild climate, you can enjoy delightful walks any time of the year. The old village of Malcesine occupies a superb spot on one of the most beautiful bays of the lake. The village is dominated by the medieval castle of Scaligero. You can stroll through countless narrow alleys where you will find typical little shops or you can have a meal at one of the many authentic restaurants in the area. In addition you will find here cozy bars, taverns and cafes. Sports enthusiasts can opt for various sports in Malcesine and its neighborhood, including swimming, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing, climbing, para-gliding, horseback riding, tennis, mountain biking, hiking and canoeing. In the neighborhood you will also find regularly held regional markets. You can easily go by car to the opera city of Verona, as well as to such beautiful renaissance towns like Mantova, Padova, Vicenza or even to Venice, the city of art.

The price includes: water/gas/electricity; safe and satellite TV; use of the swimming pool and accompanying pool chairs; use of the fitness area and table tennis table. The price excludes: change of bed linen and towels, 13 euro per person; final cleaning, 42 euro; baby bed (0-2 years old), 6 euro per day. Guests of the holiday complex may use the sauna for 5 euro per turn time (approx. 2 hours). On the day of departure guests are requested to tidy up the apartment and kitchen, take out the garbage and return the keys to the landlord. In addition to the door key you will receive two other keys. One is to open the gate to the lake the other is for the main entrance. These two entrances to the house are to be kept locked at all times. Smoking in the apartments is forbidden. You may however smoke outside. Guests are requested to return the cushions for the chaises lounges back to their original place after use. If there is no need to use the parasol, please keep it folded up. Playing football or engaging in similar activities in the garden is not allowed. If you wish to receive visitors at the villa, you are requested to inform the landlord in advance. It is forbidden to let unknown persons spend the night at the villa. Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool is open from April until the end of October, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (a swimming cap is obligatory).
